I have completed all the courses in Business Administration such as Certificates II to IV. Diploma in Administration and also Certificate III in Business Administration (Medical). These courses included training in bookkeeping.

  • Updating pre-existing electronic information and transcribing written information into electronic format; such as: updating contact details/list: invoice databases/spreadsheets, entering data into MYOB, Quickbooks, Xero or any other accounting software  
  • Updating/Typing resumes and other written documents
  • Assistance with basic bookkeeping and compliance
  • End of financial year organising eg; compiling receipts/dockets/tax invoices into spreadsheets to simplify the trip to accountants
  • Reconciliation and reporting such as profit and loss
  • Basic paperwork eg; filing, scanning, shredding, printing, copying
  • Preparation for conferences or events – including document sorting & collation etc
  • Rostering and timesheet preparation
  • Project, diary, bookings/scheduling/meeting management
  • Temporary administration & personal assistant
  • NDIS Administration Support eg; templates/docs, scheduling/bookings, payment requests/claiming and invoices
